FAX: (785) 368-7118The Office of Health Assessment (OHA) helps provide a comprehensive picture of the health of Kansas citizens and looks for ways to improve their quality of life by combining and interpreting health information from various data sources. Under the direction of Dr. Elizabeth W. Saadi, OHA researches and analyzes health data and vital statistics, and generates information for State agencies, policy makers and the public on crucial health issues. OHA generates periodical reports such as Annual Summary of Vital Statistics, and Kansas Health Statistics Report. The office is comprised of two sections: Health Care Data Analysis, and Vital Statistics Data Analysis.
