BlackBerry Configuration Settings
While visiting KDHE Mobile Web select Options from the main menu and choose Browser Configuration. Under the Browser Configuration section be sure the following items are checked:
- Support JavaScript
- Support HTML Tables
- Use Foreground & Background Colors
- Use Background Images
- Support Embedded Media
- Support Style Sheets
- Additionally, Verify that Style Sheets Media Type is Handheld
Save your changes and refresh the page. KDHE Mobile Web should now be fully functional on your BlackBerry device.
The font can also be adjusted in the browser by selecting Options from the main menu and choosing General Properties and modifying the Default Font Size and/or Default Font Family and saving your changes. KDHE will not specify a font while visiting KDHE Mobile Web but opting to let your device take over the role for your convenience.
Note - For best results while visiting KDHE Mobile Web we highly recommend using the BlackBerry Browser. Third party browsers could cause the site not to function properly.
